FAQs

  • I have received a damaged product. What do I do ?
    Please do not worry. Drop us a mail at kaagazkollectiv@gmail.com with images of the damaged product within 4 days of receiving the order. We will check and have the product replaced or refund your money whichever is preferred. Complete amount will be refunded and it can reflect in your account in 7-10 business days from the refund processed date.
  • What happens if I am not available to receive my parcel ?
    Our courier partner will make an attempt to reach you via a phone call or SMS when delivering the order. Please ensure that you take calls from our courier partner to facilitate delivery of your package. Once the parcel has been shipped back to us, we will automatically cancel that order. The payment made by you towards the cancelled order will be refunded via your original mode of payment.
  • What should I do if I have received only a part of my order ?
    We make sure that all the products are sent to you in one package. Please mail us at kaagazkollectiv@gmail.com with the details of the missing product but within 4 days of receiving your order. We shall check it out and get it sorted immediately.
  • My tracking link shows 'delivered' but I have not received the package. What do I do ?
    In case you haven’t received your order, Please drop us a mail at kaagazkollectiv@gmail.com within 24 hrs of the delivery mentioned in the tracking link. We shall check with the courier service.
  • How can I cancel my order ?
    Please mail us at kaagazkollectiv@gmail.com for any cancellation requests. We can only cancel orders if they haven’t been processed by our shipping partner i.e. until the status of your order remains unfulfilled. Once the order is processed or shipped we will not be able to cancel it. If the payment was by credit/ debit card or net-banking, the money will be refunded to your credit/ debit card or net-banking account, respectively. Typically, refunds are processed within 7- 10 working days. Please note that we depend on the credit card issuing bank to ensure that the money is refunded to your account. We only control the release of funds from our side. There is little we can do in case there is a delay from the bank’s end.
  • How far in advance should I approach you and book my wedding collateral design order?
    Custom orders can take approximately 2-3 months depending on the printing techniques. We recommend that you begin the order process as early as possible to ensure that your invitations are ready in plenty of time.
  • How many invitations should I order?
    When determining how many invitations you will need, be sure to account for addresses rather than individuals. Additional reprints are costly after your design is approved and printed, it is best to determine your needed quantity and then add around 25 extra pieces for last minute additions and keepsakes.
  • Can my project be rushed?
    Good things take time. Good design takes even more time. With experience in the field of design, illustration & publication, over the years we have come to this learning firmly, that we DO NOT take up last minute projects. We feel that the experience we provide should actually be cherished by our clients & for that time is crucial. This process should be enjoyed, and not become another hassle for the couple to be worried about. So we apologise for being unable to take up any last minute projects.
  • Do you ship internationally?
    We work with clients all over the world. Estimated delivery dates for international orders vary by country.
